Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Policy

With effect from 19 September 2024, we will not be accepting any returns, refunds, exchange or cancellations for all of our limited edition timepieces purchased after 19 September 2024. All sales are final.

We will only replace pieces if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Kindly contact us within seven (7) days upon receipt of shipment, and we shall make arrangements to send the watch back to the respective brand for servicing. 

Exchange

All exchanges are subject to availability and limited to items of the same model, and all additional shipping costs and import duties incurred by the exchange shall be borne by the customer.  

The item must be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties as shipped by us. 

Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the product has been worn or sized in any manner; Items that have tags removed or show obvious signs of wear shall be rejected for exchange.

If a replacement item is available, we will deliver the replacement item to you once your returned item has been received and accepted by us.
