2025 Theme: Shaped Watches

For the first time, Grail Watch has partnered with Dubai Watch Week
to host a global wristwatch design competition.

The challenge? Show us your most out-of-the-box, innovative yet viable shaped watch design. All you need to do is: 

STEP 1:
GET CREATIVE

Come up with an original design (as long as it’s shaped!)

STEP 2:
SHOW US YOUR SAVVY

Demonstrate your storytelling skills. Explain your design process; lay out your long-term vision; illustrate any business or marketing ideas you have. Go as in-depth as you’d like.

STEP 3:
SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL

Which should include:
- Digital drawings or renders of your design.
- Brand inspiration and story
- Overall business plan, including go-to-market strategies, product roadmap, commercial viability and any marketing ideas.
- Self-recorded video of you introducing yourself, and explaining your ideas.

We welcome submissions from individual designers or small collectives.

Three finalists will receive:
- Round trip flights and accommodation to Dubai to meet the judges for an in-person pitch.
- Media coverage on RevolutionWatch.com.
- A chance to have the winning design produced.
