Today, Franck Muller might best be known for this Curvex cases and Crazy Hours, but behind the undeniably stylish ‘Franck Muller’ brand is the watchmaker himself — one of the most talented of the 20th century.
In the 1990s, Muller was obsessed with complication, particularly complicated chronographs. This chronograph, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the eponymous brand, is a perfectly proportioned 39mm chronograph, with leaf-style hands and Breguet numerals. The style is inspired by a limited number of models commissioned by Italian retailers in the 90s. Stylish facade aside, the best thing about this watch is the movement. It’s powered by a new old stock Lemania movement from Franck Muller’s own archives and offered with both a solid case back and a clear version for the best of both worlds.

Silver and Blue

The fine silver grené dial finish is the perfect backdrop for the blued leaf-shape hands and crisp black dial printing. Of course the hours, including the Breguet-style ’12’ and ‘6’ markers are applied.

Twin Registers

Not only does the bi-compax layout allow for quick reading, it’s also an exceptionally balanced dial design.

Contemporary Case Size

The original Lemania-based chronographs were 36 or 37mm in size. For this special 30th anniversary celebration, we’ve made a minor increase in size to 39mm.

Twin Casebacks

This watch is offered with a solid caseback, engrave-able and anti-magnetic. In addition, there is a sapphire display back, should you wish to gaze on this important historic calibre as frequently as possible. Spoiled by choice.
